Luck can sometimes be on my side. The day before our flight from Zamboanga to Bongao Island, the sky was dark and overcast. This spelt misfortune for my sun-dependent camera. Yet on this day, in the one hour plane ride, the sun opened its splendor, allowing full saturation of the sights that are the islands of Tawi-Tawi.

Davao City: Waiting Shed

Seen this waiting shed with an eagle archi-design in one of the parks at the heart of Davao City, Philippines. It's not only beautiful but relevant in the sense that Mindanao or Davao in particular is the home of the endangered Philippine eagle.
I guess, the design is the first of its kind.
